Mr Pawan Kumar Soni being a man of dignity with his hard work and sheer determination started working at a tender age of 10years in his Father’s workshop of Gold Ornaments Manufacturing Unit. Balancing his Academics and work life, keeping in tune with practical and theoretical knowledge of Diamond from India Diamond Institute, Surat, he opened his jewellery show room in Guwahati in the Brand name of Manik chand Jewellers in1998.
Aiming to spread the wings far and wide along with the childhood dream to become a Job Giver not a Job Seeker, he opened a new Venture of Injection Moulding Unit in 2002 known for its largest Plastic Moulded Unit in Northeast with variant product ranging in Moulded Furniture and Household items of Plastic under the brand name of MARCO & MIRACLE.
Being the pioneer in Northeast, he was awarded “Bhartiya Vikas Ratan Award” in 2012 at New Delhi for the upliftment of the Society and for playing a major role in the development of Industries & Employment generation in India. Again in 2018, Best Entrepreneurial Award was given to him by Dr. Subramanian Swamy from “Laghu Udyog Bharti Organization”.
